Charities we support

NSPCC
Between 2016 and 2021, we helped to make over 6.6 million children safer from abuse.
But we can’t do it alone – we need your helpChild abuse and neglect happens every day, in every walk of life, all around the UK. At least two children in the average primary school classroom have experienced abuse or neglect. By the time they turn 18, that number rises to at least 4.
We’ve been protecting children for over 100 years. Over 5 years, thanks to the generosity of our supporters, volunteers and staff, we helped to make more than 6.6 million children safer from abuse. We’ve developed new services to help families, campaigned to change laws, shared information about abuse and how to recognise it, and developed new tools for children, parents and professionals. But we can’t stop there.
Together, we can stop child abuse and neglect

Barnardo’s
How we made a difference in 2021-22
This year, we’re proud to have worked with our partners to support over 357,000 children, young people, parents, and carers. As children and young people faced another year of uncertainty and disruption as a result of the pandemic, many missed school and struggled with their mental health and wellbeing.

Transforming Lives For Good
Transforming Lives for (TLG) exists because children across the UK are facing poverty, trauma and are in emotional crisis. We are a national, award-winning charity supporting vulnerable children to rewrite their futures by providing practical support in school and the local community, whilst connecting with home. We come alongside children and families at the stage where help is most needed through two main programmes:
TLG Coaches support children aged 5-13 who are struggling to cope, offering 1-1 coaching in schools through our Early Intervention Programme.
and
For children facing social isolation, food insecurity and hunger, TLG’s Make Lunch Clubs provide food, activities and community.

Punk Against Poverty CIC
Punk Against Poverty supports local communities to take DIY approaches to life’s difficulties.
We work to provide immediate help to people in our community struggling with poverty. Our positive pathways support young people out of poverty through education and employment projects, with a goal of ending poverty completely.
Our passion is being there for people facing poverty right when they need it most. We work to end the poverty of opportunities faced by many young people from deprived backgrounds.
We aim to tackle poverty and community issues through innovative grassroots schemes that involve and engage the community, and remind people of their worth in times when it can be easy to forget.
